Sponsoring a Staff Member makes a direct and positive impact on the field. The encouragement and hope spoken into the lives of our staff by sponsoring churches or communities brings life, motivation, and courage to their daily lives.
Our National Staff Members are the heart and soul of our organization. Everyday they are on the front lines tirelessly providing critical services for the survivors in our care. Their efforts are heroic but cannot happen without the sacrificial partnership of those who believe in the work.
You and your community—your church, small group, or collection of friends—effectively stand right beside them on the front lines. This collective amount (from roughly fifteen people) covers salaries, insurance, allowances, meals, operational costs, and most importantly, translates into everyday aftercare services for those in our care.
When you sign up to sponsor a staff member, you will receive a Sponsorship Commitment Packet that includes information about a Staff Member, and quarterly updates that inform your community of how your giving is impacting the lives of those in our care.
