Table Host Instructions
Wow. We are so grateful that you are hosting a table at an East Java Founders Event! Thank you for advocating for the precious children of East Java. We are honored that you would choose to spend the evening with us and invite your friends and family to be a part of it as well. Hope and life are bursting in East Java because of people like you.
1.
Download the table host kit for your event.
2.
Send digital invites to your circle of friends and family (each table seats 8 people)
3.
Collect RSVPs and register your guests using the host form below at least a week before the event.
Table Host Invite Kits
Each table host kit includes a digital invitation and sample script that you can modify and use to invite guests to sit at your table at the event. We also threw in a couple of social media invite scripts and graphics if you’d like to use social media to invite!
