May Marathon!
A relay marathon benefitting Compassion First!
This year’s Compassion First fundraiser will be a TEAM Marathon!
You and 4 others will work together to run a marathon, a quarter mile at a time. As a relay, teammates will start at quarter mile check-points, and the starter will run to the second teammate, 2nd to 3rd, and so on, to complete the mile. Your team will continue in this relay fashion until you have completed 26.2 miles!
We will be assigning teams with the intention of having a variety of abilities on each team, and similar finishing times. Friends and family are welcome to join, and they will be put on drawn teams like everyone else! Don’t worry, being on a team with your best buds doesn’t matter because you will actually see your teammates the least out of everyone! If you are NOT currently a member at HCF, you will need to fill out a waiver on the morning of the event.
